This week the Houston County Bar Association of Young Lawyers are offering free legal counseling for those who can't afford it.
It's part of Alabama's national Pro-Bono week.
Each year they do community service projects.
This year they are helping the Exchange Center for Child Abuse, after the majority of their funds went to Midland City victims.
To raise money they're selling raffle tickets to help those in need.
"A lot of people tell lawyer jokes and say lawyers are just in it for the money but the purpose of pro bono week is to highlight the contributions that lawyers make everyday all day for the community," said Tracie Melvin, president of the Houston County Bar Association.
If you would like to buy a raffle ticket you can contact any member of the Houston County Bar Association.
The group will raffle off three prizes Wednesday.
