President Obama Expected to Sign Reform Bill

President Obama is expected to sign the Veterans Affairs Reform Bill Thursday.

Congress passed the bill after reports of poor care for veterans long wait lines.

The legislation would provide many things, including new facilities and increased staffing. It will also create another program that would allow some patients to seek treatment outside the VA system.
