Pike County EMA: Shelters For Troy, Goshen Tornado Victims

According to the Pike County Emergency Management Agency, two shelters are available for victims of the EF-2 tornado that tore through parts of Troy and Goshen.

For the Goshen area, Goshen Town Hall will open Thursday, December 27th at 9 o’clock in the morning.

For those affected on Shellhorn Road and the Brantley Mobile Home Park area, the Pike County Fire and Rescue on Orion Street will be open from 2 to 4 in the afternoon, also on Thursday the 27th.

Both of these shelters have been opened by the Red Cross.

Those going to the shelters are advised to bring a form of photo identification proving that the live in the affected areas.
