Parts of the Wiregrass Saw Rain, Storms Tuesday

Tuesday Morning, you may have been awoken by thunder and heavy rain.

That was due to strong storms rumbled through parts of the Wiregrass.

Although none of the storms were severe, a few storms did prompt "Significant Weather Advisories."

There was a report of a 39-mile-per hour wind gust at the Panama City Airport Tuesday morning.

Some other places saw over an inch of rain.

One of our viewers, Regina McDonald, sent a picture from near Tallahassee showing dark skies as the storms drew close to that area.
