Paramedics Continue to Help Southern Dale County

Back in late October, Ozark EMS stopped its service in the southern Dale County cities of Midland City, Newton, and Pinckard. Since then, Pilcher's Ambulance Service in Dothan, has been providing service. "There can be some, some distance and some time issues involved, but we try to keep a truck on the westside of town as much as we possibly can to try to slow that, or decrease the response time," said Jason Trammell, Operations Manager.

Pilcher's was originally were supposed to serve just 30 days, but they continue to help those cities.
The mayors of Midland City, Newton, and Pinckard are still proposing a solution.
