PANAMA CITY BEACH - State Troopers have released the name of the motorcyclist killed early Sunday morning in an accident on the beach.
According to the report, 47-year-old Dylan Borsky of Panama City Beach hit a concrete median on Thomas Drive at Captain Avenue, near the old Treasure Ship restaurant, just before 4:00 AM.
Borsky was thrown off his 2000 Harley Davidson. He was not wearing a helmet.
Borsky had a passion for bringing the past back to life. He recently opened a restoration shop in Panama City called Ol' Skool Restorations.
