An Ozark man is facing multiple charges after being caught selling tobacco and alcohol out of his home mostly to minors.

Calvin Guilford Sr. was arrested Friday and charged with failure to obtain tobacco permits, possession of marijuana, and prohibition violation.

Police say a large amount of alcohol and tobacco were seized from his home, along with a surveillance system.

Warrants were issued after agents made undercover purchases from Guilford.

He has bonded out of the Dale County Jail.
