OZARK -- Members of an instructional team from Ozark City Schools spend each Wednesday morning in different classrooms at each school in the district. The team is made up of administrators from the district and each of the schools.

The team sits in on a lesson and evaluates the teachers based on their teaching styles, curriculum and student involvement.

Then, the team reconvenes to discuss the strengths, weaknesses and solutions for each respective teacher and class.

Educators said it has improved teacher-student engagement this year.
