Improvements are also being made at Opp's City Park.
The city is paying 20-thousand dollars for a new handicapped-accessible bathroom facility.
It's next to the old city pool.
The pool is currently closed ... And may not re-open due to the cost of upgrades.
The demolition of the pool house is also on hold after asbestos was discovered.
