On the Ballot: Florida Constitution Amendment #10

Florida's Amendment Number 10, like Number 9, also deals with taxes, but of a different kind.

If passed, number 10 would provide exemption from ad velorem-- value of property--taxes.

This specific measure would exempt taxes for those who have property that valued in the range of $25,000 and $50,000 in Florida.

Supporters say it will help to grow small business, while those opposed say it will reduce taxes needed to provide public services.
