The last amendment, like a handful of others, focuses only a specific area.
This area is another one very far from the wiregrass: Lawrence County in northwest Alabama.
Amendment #11 on the ballot would prohibit any municipality outside of that county from imposing any taxes, planning or regulations on communities inside of Lawrence County.
