Omussee Creek Park is closed due to flooding.
Houston County will open Omussee Creek Park when the water has subsided and the park has been checked for damages.
In addition, Womack Road, between County Road 55 South and September Road, is closed until further notice. A portion of Womack Road has sustained damage from storm waters and will require repair work.
Houston County Road & Bridge will provide updates regarding these closures as soon as all damages are assessed and repair schedules are prepared.
