Careless driving in a school parking lot leads to multiple drug charges in Okaloosa County.
Officers say 23-year-old Pierce Nelson was speeding through the parking lot at an elementary school, when he got pulled over. Nelson reportedly gave a fake name and a phony social security number before trying to take off. The officer used a taser to subdue Nelson.
In a search, deputies found crack cocaine and other paraphernalia on the man. The search led authorities to find individually wrapped backs of cocaine, crack cocaine, and marijuana as well.
Nelson is charged with intent to distribute those drugs.
