DOTHAN, AL - On December 30, 2012 the Dothan Police Department made a felony arrest after an alert patrolman noticed a suspicious vehicle leaving a business located in the 1200 block of Westgate Parkway. After detaining the driver, Tina McWaters, officers checked the building and discovered it had been burglarized. During the course of the investigation, police discovered McWaters was in possession of burglar’s tools.
•Tina McWaters, white female, 55 years of age, of Newton, Alabama was arrested and charged with Possession of Burglary Tools with a $2,500 bond. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
