Morrison Springs "Closed" To Swimming

A swim advisory has been in effect for several weeks at a popular recreational site in northern Walton County.
A group of wiregrass divers’ pack up their gear after being told to get out of the aquifer-fed waters at Morrison Springs. Since late may, a swim advisory is in effect due to a high fecal, bacterial count. It indicates either human or animal waste. That doesn't sit well with those who spent hours driving to the site.
