JACKSON, Miss. (AP) -- Airlines have canceled dozens of flights in and out of the Jackson-Medgar Wiley Evers International Airport.
Officials say about half of the cancellations are by Delta Air Lines flights to and from Atlanta. Other airlines have canceled certain flights to Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, Memphis and Washington, D.C.
Bonnie Wilson, the chief operating officer of the Jackson Municipal Airport Authority, says passengers should contact the airlines to check on a flight's status.
