The Military's Tuition Assistance Program has been suspended again, but this time because of the Government shutdown.
Applications were cut off on October first, which was day one of the shutdown.
The suspension will remain in place until Congress agrees on a budget.
It's not impacted by the "Pay our Military Act," which the Pentagon used to recall 90% of furloughed civilian workers this week.
