DOTHAN, AL - Five people have been arrested on drug trafficking charges in the Circle City.

Police served a search warrant at a residence on Willie Varnum Road, and discovered a methamphetamine lab in a bedroom.

"As a result of the investigation, they did seek out a search warrant from a local judge, which they received, and when they went to serve that search warrant there actually was an active meth lab going on at the time of the search." Dothan Police Sergeant Rachel David said.

James Bolt, Johnny Ward, Jr., Bradley Starling, Adrianna Hollowell and Heather O'Neil were all arrested.

All five admitted to using meth, and knowing about the lab.

Approximately half a gallon of methamphetamine oil was found along with 3 to 4 grams of finished meth.

All five suspects are being held on $90,000 bond each.
