This week, a wiregrass mayor received an important state-wide appointment by lt. Governor Kay Ivey.
Enterprise Mayor Kenneth Boswell will serve on the Alabama jobs creation and military stabilization commission.
Commission representatives are from areas of the state with a military presence.
