A groundbreaking took place in Andalusia for a 3-million dollar dormitory project at Lurleen B. Wallace Community College.
The two-story structure will house nearly a 100 students.
There are 24, four-bedroom apartments.
The L.B.W. community college foundation bought the property for the dorm.
Tthe first of its kind in the state. It's being funded through a low-interest U.S. Department of Agriculture loan.
