Fingers typing and mouses clicking could be heard from one Wiregrass library today.
The Blanche Solomon Memorial Library had their last day of a computer introduction class.
Students learned the basics of computer operating system Windows 7.
The training supervisor says this class was important to have because Alabama has one of the highest rates of people who don't have broadband internet or don't use the internet on a regular basis.
"We did a library or school on 64 counties out of our 67, so we have been everywhere across the state so we love doing it and it has been a wonderful opportunity," said Jonathan Gross, training supervisor.
Gross hopes to receive another grant like this one to help get technology in rural areas.
