You might remember the best selling book and hit movie, ’The Blind Side’.
But it wasn't just a Hollywood story.
Tonight one of the women who inspired the story is giving back to the Wiregrass.
Leigh Anne Tuohy is spreading the message about helping others and stopped by the Dothan Education Foundation's fundraiser to help them with theirs.
Tonight was the inaugural fundraiser and officials with Dothan City Schools say her message is powerful.
