ORLANDO, FL - Lawyers in the Casey Anthony civil defamation case agreed today not to bring up her murder trial if they could avoid it.
They met with a judge in Orlando for about 10 minutes.
Zenaida Gonzalez is suing Anthony.
She says she was harassed after Anthony accused a made-up nanny named Zenaida Gonzalez-Fernandez of kidnapping her daughter, Caylee.
A jury acquitted Anthony last year in the little girl's death.
The trial is set to begin in January, but both sides say they have a lot more motions to file.
