The Florida Highway Patrol says that a semi truck was traveling eastbound on Interstate 10. Near Mile Marker 218, a second semi collided with the first semi’s rear. The two came to a stop.
This accident caused the outside lane of Interstate 10 to be closed for around two hours. However, there were no significant travel delays.
The first semi suffered an estimated $20,000 in damage; $1,000 for the second.
The driver of the first vehicle suffered only minor injuries, while the second was unharmed.
