Did Kid Rock Really Just Say That?

You might not expect a bad boy rock-and-roller to be the political type, but he's throwing his support behind Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan.

The singer was on hand at a Ryan rally tonight (Monday) at Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan.

In his comments, Rock explained his mixed feelings about President Obama.

"I also want to say, uh, I want to be real clear that I'm very proud to say that we have elected our first black president. All right? (crowd cheers) I'm sorry he didn't do a better job. (crowd cheers louder) I really, really wish that he would have, I do. But the facts are the facts."

This isn't the first time Kid Rock has come out in support of the Republican ticket.

He also made an appearance at the Republican National Convention in Tampa.
