The former director of the Enterprise Municipal Airport will not stand trial on theft charges.
Julius Noble was arrested last September and charged with first-degree theft of property.
He was accused of misplacing funds in connection with aviation fuel sales.
Noble entered a pre-trial diversion agreement with the district attorney's office ... And the charge was lessened to a misdemeanor.
Noble will pay 43-hundred dollars in restitution to the city.
