In Geneva, a retirement reception was held for one of the longest serving judges in the state. Dale-Geneva County Circuit Judge P.B. (Ben) McLauchlin served some 37-years on the bench. The 1959 Dothan high school graduate took office in April 1976 and has held the position since.
