THIS AFTERNOON IT TOOK AN ENTERPRISE JURY THREE-AND-A-HALF HOURS TO DELIBERATE THE FATE OF A LOCAL MAN CHARGED WITH A HALLOWEEN NIGHT, 2010 MURDER.
THE 12-MEMBER PANEL WOULD FIND JEREMY HARRISON GUILTY OF "MANSLAUGHTER" IN THE SHOOTING DEATH OF REGINALD GIBBS. THE INCIDENT TOOK PLACE OUTSIDE A DALEVILLE AVENUE BAR IN ENTERPRISE. THE JURY HEARD TESTIMONY FROM SEVERAL EYEWITNESSES TO THE FATAL ALTERCATION. CIRCUIT JUDGE JEFF KELLEY ORDERED A PRE-SENTENCE HEARING. HARRISON WILL REMAIN OUT ON BOND UNTIL SENTENCING....
