Honoring Mother's

HEADLAND-- Many people in Wiregrass are honoring a special lady in their life.
And that special lady is none other, than mom. Some churches in the Wiregrass honored mom by giving flowers to recognize the "new and less experienced" mothers and as well as the "most experienced" mothers. The children even prepared a special musical performance.

"It's important to recognize those women, both the ones who have the most experience and have done this for so long that can guide us and teach us, and then those that are just beginning their parenting journey." said Jennifer Faison, mother of three.

Mother's day is celebrated on various days in many parts of the world, most commonly March, April, or May.
