This past Sunday, August 19, Holmes County Deputies responded to a domestic assault on W.A. Clark Road in Bonifay. Upon their arrival Deputies learned that Charles Tracy Recor (53) had allegedly made threats to shoot a family member. Deputies recovered a rifle and in the process located a shake & bake meth lab and bi-layer liquids. Recor was arrested and transported to the Holmes County Jail for domestic violence assault, manufacturing meth and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He is being held on a thirty thousand dollar bond.
