This week is National Nursing Home Week.
The theme is "Living the Aloha Spirit"..
Residents, nurses and their caregivers at the Henry County Health and Rehabilitation Facility dressed in their hawaian shirts, wore leis and decorated the halls with palm trees.
The Calvary Baptist Church in Dothan sang to residents.
Eariler this week, reisdents participated in a balloon liftoff and even got to ride motorcycles.
Administroars say this is a week of appreciation and love for both staff and patients combined.
"In 2011 they had my son here and they were so nice to him so i said if i ever need to come to a place it would be right here in Abbeville at the nursing home they are so good," said Sarah Glover, resident.
More than 140 people live at the facility.
