Parts of our area saw strong thunderstorms and heavy rain late Monday evening.
Heavy downpours could be found from Goshen, in southern Pike County, all the way down to the Circle City of Dothan.
These rains did cause some ponding on area roadways.
In addition to the rain, the storms also brought with them strong winds.
There was at least one report, just south of the Ozark area, of a tree down on Mixon School Road.
