They're baaaack.
The pumpkin people are out in front of Hartford homes and businesses.
The display themes range from "Gone With The Wind"...., to "Charlie Brown and the giant pumpkin".
The pumpkin people contest will be judged this Saturday. Fifty percent of the entry fees will be divided between the top three displays. The remaining proceeds goes back to the Hartford Civic club…
