Hartford Cotton Gin Fire

At first, firefighters were not quite sure what they were dealing with. They had some five hundred tons of flammable cotton and cotton seed inside the warehouse.
The warehouse itself is around 50 yards in length, and 100 feet high. It's part of the Sowega Cotton Gin off State Highway 123 in Hartford. Officials say it was at least 75-percent filled with product. Responders were concerned about a possible "back draft" situation.
