Grand Jury makes Decision in Wicksburg Student Abuse Case

If you may recall, back in March, teacher Alicia Brown and teacher aide Drew Faircloth were both accused of abusing 10-year-old Joe Salinas at Wicksburg.

Salinas who has cerebral palsy, parents recorded both teachers talking to him inappropriately.

"The grand jury came out with a no bill on ms. Brown, which means there wasn't enough there to bring any criminal charges against her, the second one on mr. Faircloth that came back as a true bill on harassment," said Captain Gonzalez.

The harassment charge Faircloth faces is a misdemeanor.

We couldn't reach Joe's mom for a comment on the decision.
