Governor Rick Scott Appoints Five to Florida Coordinating Council for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing

Tallahassee, Fla. – Today, Governor Rick Scott announced one appointment and four reappointments to the Florida Coordinating Council for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.

Juliet Church, 51, of Dunedin, is the executive director of the Family Center on Deafness. She succeeds Lori Timson and is appointed for a term beginning August 29, 2014, and ending July 31, 2018.

Jeffrey Caine, 71, of Safety Harbor, is a hearing aid specialist with Zound’s Hearing. He is reappointed for a term beginning August 29, 2014, and ending July 31, 2018.

Donna Drake, 68, of St. Augustine, is a retired state employee. She is reappointed for a term beginning August 29, 2014, and ending July 31, 2018.

Christopher Littlewood, 44, of Seminole, is an instructional technology coordinator for St. Petersburg College. He is reappointed for a term beginning August 29, 2014, and ending July 31, 2018.

Cindy Simon, 58, of South Miami, is a licensed audiologist with South Miami Audiology Consultants Inc. She is reappointed for a term beginning August 29, 2014, and ending July 31, 2018.
