57 percent of Washington County voters said yes to slot machines, but the win there was much closer. 43 percent of voters said no.

Governor Rick Scott released a statement Wednesday saying passage of the referendums hasn't changed his mind and that he plans to follow Attorney General Pam Bondi's opinion regarding licensing.

Bondi says state law only allows slots at Indian casinos and at Dade and Broward County pari-mutuel facilities. She says a new law or constitutional amendment is needed to change that.

Ebro Greyhound Track and Cross Creek Casino owners say they plan to challenge Bondi in court.
