Many people want to start off the New Year, with a new job.
For some, that's easier said than done.
Experts say if you're in the market for a new job, it's important to network.
They also say you could turn to a staffing agency to get on the right path.
"We also give a lot of coaching we're not just here to interview and place them. You know as we interview we coach them on the things they need to work on, or improve, how they need to dress for interviews, just how they need to answer the questions in interviews." Express Employment Professional Owner Terry Stansell said.
Stansell says hard work at a temporary job, could result in a permanent position.
He also says your attitude is a big factor.
