Geneva Bingo Issue

A longtime Geneva restaurant owner is asking the city council permission to start nightly bingo games.
Louise Owens and her late husband, Earl, opened their first restaurant in Geneva several decades ago. Miss. "Louise" asked elected officials if she could hold the games in a banquet room at the city cafe. She says it's strictly to give seniors more space to eat and play. No money or prizes involved. The Geneva city council instructed its legal counsel to look at the bingo proposal, but they don't anticipate any problems with it...
