Geneva Street Flooding

Too much water in just a few hours is a bad combination in the "City of Two Rivers".
At daybreak, Water Avenue lived up to its namesake.
Periods of heavy rain caused water to back up creating dangerous driving conditions. But, this is nothing new for those who live and work in the area.
Geneva Public Works officials say flooding can be alleviated by residents not stuffing sewer lines with leaves and yard debris.
