Geneva Murder Trial

A Geneva man's plea deal in a 2010 murder case is being set aside.
Jose Contreras pleaded guilty to a reduced murder charge last year.
He was sentenced to 25-years in prison.
Now that plea has been set aside ... And Contreras will stand trial.
He's accused of kidnapping ... Robbing and murdering 55-year-old Alvaro Anunez in September of 2010.
A co-defendant in that case ... Pleaded out and is serving a 25-year sentence.
Police say the 2 defendants and the victim knew each other.
Contreras' trial is set to begin next week.
