Geneva Voter Turnout

Geneva officials say they're pleasantly surprised by how many voters turned out for Tuesday’s run-off election.
Officials say 30-percent of registered voters cast a ballot.
Philip Carter defeated incumbent Wynnton Melton for mayor.
The retired businessman says he feels the economy and infrastructure needs were the main issues.
He says residents are looking for more jobs and better roads.
