2014 has ushered in a controversial animal ordinance in one wiregrass city.
Geneva homeowners can no longer keep hogs..., cows.., chickens..., or even horses on their property. The only exceptions are those areas zoned agricultural. Officials say they've receive several complaints from homeowners concerning the smell and unsanitary conditions associated with livestock in their neighborhoods…
