Geneva Library Funding

The Geneva public library's summer reading program for children is on the chopping block.
Director Marian Wynn says since 2008 she's lost nearly 40-percent of state funding.
She says last year the library served some 20-thousand people.
She's turned to the Geneva city council for help.
