Geneva Flooding Victim

A Geneva woman is blaming the city for chronic flood problems.
Diane Smith points to where water came through into her bathroom.
She's lived in Geneva for thirty years and says flooding is nothing new.
Smith blames clogged drainage ditches and low elevation for the runoff.
Nearly 12 inches of rain last week led to many flash floods across the city.
