A former Geneva County school teacher is in trouble with the law.
Sheila Whittle is charged with identity theft.
Police say she stole a victim's credit cards ... And tried to sell their house.
Samson police are working with the Alabama Bureau of Investigation's cyber unit on the case.
They've confiscated Whittle's computer for the investigation.
She is currently free on a signature bond.
Additional charges are pending.
