Tonight... Seventeen Geneva County roads are still closed after last week's flooding.
That's down from the original fifty roads closed in the county.
Repair crews worked over the weekend trying to get as many operational.
But..., several roads and bridges were completely "washed away".
Without a declaration of emergency and FEMA funds, officials say there's simply no money to rebuild.
But, officials are encouraged.
