Geneva Co. Property Taxes

December 31st marks the last day to pay 2012 property taxes in Alabama without facing a penalty:
Clerks at the Geneva county revenue commissioners’ office would receive "waves" of last minute payments.
Beginning Wednesday, those who pay this year's property taxes will face a penalty charge of five-dollars and one-percent.
For one Malvern grandmother making the annual payment coupled with the holidays' is never easy.
