Flash flood conditions have resulted in nearly two dozen roads being closed in Geneva County.
High water nearly covers a bridge on Geneva County road 40 between Samson and Coffee Springs. Emergency management officials say many of the "closed" roads are either under water..., or simply blown out. Officials warn motorists not to drive through standing or rushing water:
