Gas Reportedly 13 Cents Higher Than Last Year

UNDATED (AP) -- GasBuddy.com says the national average for a gallon of regular gasoline is $3.80. That's up 13 cents from a year ago and the highest price ever recorded during Labor Day weekend. A senior petroleum analyst at the website says drivers will see the price start to drop once more workers return to oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico that were shut down by Hurricane Isaac.
